John McAfee Explains Why Governments Will Never Be Able To Tax Bitcoin

Tech vet John McAfee says the bitcoin bubble is a myth.

Antivirus pioneer turned bitcoin farmer John McAfee slugs it out over the future of bitcoin, Monero and other cryptocurrencies on CNBC.

When asked about bitcoin being used on the “dark web,” he explains that despite popular misconception, bitcoin is more traceable than altcoin Monero, which is completely anonymous.

He also discusses what he believes is a bitcoin bubble ‘myth’ and why governments are wasting their time trying to tax cryptocurrency holders.

Regarding his bet that bitcoin will hit $1 Million per coin by 2020, McAfee claims:

“I don’t ever lose bets.”
