Bitcoin Eyes $6K After Rally Fails to Hold

Bitcoin (BTC) risks falling to $6,000 in the next 24 hours after peaking at a staggering $20,000 just months ago.

While the popular cryptocurrency wasn’t thought to have been able to continue at the pace it was on, investors and high end mining operations did not expect bitcoin to drop this low without a rebound.

The following chart shows fluctuations among the top 10 cryptocurrencies over the past 24 hrs.

The steady decline in bitcoin price mirrors the trend of cryptocurrencies across the board, whith all 10 of the top cryptos seeing 24hr drops according to coinmarketcap.
